Firewall Solution

I am looking for a firewall solution for my company. II have 50 down and 12 up coming into our network. I am looking for a hardware firewall that can handle that throughput.

Any suggestions

I think the ASA 5500 are about as good as it gets.

The ASA 5500... what is the throughput, are the Cisco's hard to configure, is there additional lisc that I have to purchase?

max throughput is 150 Mbps, or 100Mbps 3DES/AES VPN

Cisco is a little different to configure, but generally Cisco will help you with the initial setup of the device. You might call their sales support and see what levels of support the 5505 comes with.

I see online some that have a VPN 25 SSL User liscense...

How exactly does this work. Am I only allowed 25 connections via the Cisco software? What about a regular PPTP vpn as well?

Could you elaborate thanks?
