Terminal Server Logging

I have a 3 server NLB terminal server cluster, and I have been told that I need to keep statistics on users connections.  namely, login, logout, and idle time.

Other than the paid apps out there, is there anything that can allow me to pull this info?  I cant find anything remotely easy that will save the information for me, or allow me to get it.
