ExMerge not grabbing entire contents of user's Mailbox

Experts,

Our legal department is in need of obtaining a full copy of a user's mailbox from Exchange 2k3.

I've used ExMerge many times in the past, but haven't seen it act this way currently.

The user's mailbox is roughly 4Gb, but when attempting to "backup" everything to PST using ExMerge - it completes successfully at 100% but only stores about 256Kb of data.

Has anyone here seen this issue in action before?  I'm not seeing many hits on this through Google.

Exmerge doesn't export a pst file larger than 2GB on any version of Exchange..

Ah.  I did not realize that.  Understood.

I will attach the mailbox, and export mail to individual PSTs.  Thank you for your quick assistance.  Much appreciated!
