Don't waste your time, there's no such thing. The only apps that will go text-to-speech require you to copy and paste the text from the email into the app. You'll crash into a tree while you do that, it's exactly what you're trying to avoid.

If these sorts of apps aren't available for the IPhone 4, will they be available for the IPhone 5?
Until tomorrow morning, anyone who claims to know much of ANYTHING about the iPhone 5 is full of it.
