Exchange 2010 Dag some users canot connect after failover

Hello!
I have a strange issue that I do not even understand could be possible. Scenario: Exchange 2010 SP1. DAG created. There are three servers in DAG, two in one site and one in another. Outlook client is 2010. The issue is the following: when database is mounted on server 1, all users can connect fine. When database moved to server 2 in the same site most users can connect but some cannot. Tried to redo profile in Outlook, did not help. When a user that is working fine on Server 2 tries to add additional mailbox through outlook of non-working user, Outlook times out. That tells me that the problem is with specific user inside common database. How could that be even possible? Client is the same, CAS server is the same, database is the same. I would appreciate any help on this.

What happen if you Offline Server2 and let all users use Server1?

or Put Server1 Offline for an hour and let all users connect to Server2?

Everything works on server 1 even if server 2 is offline. I can't test offlining server 1 as some users cannot get to email then :)

Has Powershell sent you back into the Stone Age?

If managing Active Directory using Windows Powershell® is making you feel like you stepped back in time, you are not alone.  For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why.

Any ideas what could cause this?

In 1st site, There are two mailbox servers and two CAS/HUB servers. MBX servers are set in DAG, CAS/HUB servers are setup via windows loadbalancing. 2nd site has one mbx server and one cas/hub server. I do not think 2nd site has anything to do with this although when database is moved to second site, all users can connect. Here is output for specific database:

Name                  : XVAND
RpcClientAccessServer : ExIntArrayCS1.Central.Xvand.net

THere are more databases, bu they contain names of clients that I cannot disclose. All of them are setup in  a same way. Problem occures on more then one database, XVAND is one of them. Now, it is always the same user that cannot connect when dtabase is moved to server2. And moreover, it is not outlook issue as I conducted the following: moved database to server2, verified it works for a user, tried to add non-working user through Outlook - outlook stopped responding and could not do it. In this scenarioo: same client, same database, same CAS. I just do not have any ideas.

ExIntArrayCS1.Central.Xvand.net is the name of your cas array right ?

on a user that is NOT connecting do this

while db is on server1 run outlook /rcpdiag and chck if it is connecting to  ExIntArrayCS1.Central.Xvand.net or any other server

then move db to server2 and also check outlook /rcpdiag to see it is trying to connect to which server

I turned out it was related to Kaspersky antivirus. At least it looks like it now.
