Missind Gallery Solution from Document Center

Hi Experts, i created a document center site in sharepoint 2010, and i have a saved subsite template, and i want to import it in the Solution Gallery of document Center in Site setting, the problem is that this section is misstion from the site setting of Document Center, could you please help me on this and how can i import a template in the site.

    Follow the Steps.
    1. Goto top level site settings
    2. Click on List Temlpates
    3. Click on Document Tab
    4. You will find a option "Upload Document" , Here you can import your template.
    5. Create list using that template
