Will I be able to assign multiple public static IP's (from our ISP) using a Cisco SR520 and also use it as a site to site VPN Router?

We are currently renting 3 Cisco 877 ADSL Routers, 1 for our fixed IP (at the main office) and 2 for our VPN Mult-Site (1 at the branch office and 1 at the main office)

I would like to purchase 2 Cisco SR520 ADSL Routers and deploy each one in the branch and main office.

I would like to know if it is possible to use the SR520 to assign 5 static public IP addresses and also use it a VPN Site to site router, this will be for the main office.
The second router will just have a normal dynamic puiblic IP and VPN Site to Site connectivity.

1- what do you want to do with 5 static public ip in main office ?

2- if possible , please show your routers connection topology in a image to understand.

We are currently using these static ip's for the following services:
Mail Server (Exchange 2010)
Federation Server

I will try and get a network diagram for you.
I would just like to know if I can have the same functionality (VPN and static IP) if I replace the routers with the SR520.
