Exchange 2003 Setup

I've had to rebuild a server, following an error. Now Exchange is not working 100%

Emails are OK internally, and from internal to external. External emails coming in are being rejected.

Port 25 is open on the router and pointing to, so I suspect I've missed something on the actual server.

Help appreciated!
