There is an option to export and import, however, the easiest way to do it would be to set both devices to synchronize with your google account. This way, your phone will store all contact in gmail's contact list, which the tables will then retrieve.

Go to settings -> account & synchronization settings. There, click the gmail account to synchronize with (or add one if necessary). Make sure to select "sync contacts".

Then, do the same on your samsung galaxy tab.
