VBscript to an Executable

I have a vbscript that I need to make an executable.  It is very short script but in order to have it run with another program, the program can only call an .exe, not anything else.

Set wshShell = wscript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
wshshell.sendkeys "{CAPSLOCK}"

I am not sure how to make this an .exe.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
