Exchange 2010 & Iphone4

Hi,

I have installed an sbs2011 server for a company, all is ok except that when I try to set up a couple of users on iPhone's, when they go their email it shows "this message has not been downloaded from the server" in the body but the header is there.

I'm also getting an issue in owa when trying to reply to or forward an email I get the following
Error:

I have done some research and found a couple of blogs that say this will go away if you sort out your accepted domain, but I haven't got any spaces in mine. Please see the results of the Get-AcceptedDomain | fl below;

I have I have removed the customers name for security reasons, but I have left the context as is e.g. my-domain.com is changed to **.******.com so you can see the setup.

Run Get-ActiveSyncMailboxPolicy | fl *MaxEmail*

This will report three values from the policy,

The MaxEmailBodyTruncationSize parameter specifies the maximum size at which e-mail messages are truncated when synchronized to the device. The value is specified in kilobytes (KB).

The MaxEmailHTMLBodyTruncationSize parameter specifies the maximum size at which HTML-formatted e-mail messages are synchronized to the device. The value is specified in KB.

The default value for both these settings should be unlimited.
