Exchange 2010 & Iphone4

Hi,

I have installed an sbs2011 server for a company, all is ok except that when I try to set up a couple of users on iPhone's, when they go their email it shows "this message has not been downloaded from the server" in the body but the header is there.

I'm also getting an issue in owa when trying to reply to or forward an email I get the following
Error:

I have done some research and found a couple of blogs that say this will go away if you sort out your accepted domain, but I haven't got any spaces in mine. Please see the results of the Get-AcceptedDomain | fl below;

I have I have removed the customers name for security reasons, but I have left the context as is e.g. my-domain.com is changed to **.******.com so you can see the setup.

Run Get-ActiveSyncMailboxPolicy | fl *MaxEmail*

This will report three values from the policy,

The MaxEmailBodyTruncationSize parameter specifies the maximum size at which e-mail messages are truncated when synchronized to the device. The value is specified in kilobytes (KB).

The MaxEmailHTMLBodyTruncationSize parameter specifies the maximum size at which HTML-formatted e-mail messages are synchronized to the device. The value is specified in KB.

The default value for both these settings should be unlimited.

I have done that, they are both set to unlimited, results below;

MaxEmailAgeFilter              : All
MaxEmailBodyTruncationSize     : unlimited
MaxEmailHTMLBodyTruncationSize : unlimited

Did you install a 3rd party SAN / UCC SSL certificate or are you using the Exchange built-in certificate?

Best advice is to buy a 3rd party on with the minimum following names:

mail.externaldomain.com (or whatever you have chosen - default is remote unless you change it)
autodiscover.externaldomain.com
internalservername.internaldomain.local
internalservername
sites

If you have those - and have imported / enabled the Cert properly, then SBS 2011 should be 100% happy.

The alternative issues is discussed in my article:

I'm using Activeync,

I will double check the SSL config, I do know that we have godaddy certs installed.
