taking time to give login Page

Toshiba Portege R700  , having some problem with ALT+CLT+DEL when I click this it will take long time to show the user name & password TAB

 Machine is running with win 7 pro 64bit once  I login I don’t feel any slowness all process will work fine

    To start with, is this computer a part of a domain? And if it is, does it have access to the domain?

    Also, please try booting the computer in Clean boot mode to make sure there isnt any 3rd party applications causing issues:

    Look which programs are in Autostart, one of them might be messing with the login process (f.e. teamviewer if you have no internet connection or something similar).
