Mail Merge not working for Word 2010 and Outlook 2003
I have user who I moved back to Outlook 2003 because of some issues with Outlook 2010 (possibly problems caused by Shoretel Call Manager). Since I switched back to Outlook 2003, mail merge in Word 2010 doesn't create emails. What can I do to fix this?
