Vertical , Horizontal scroll bar in HTML

I am seeing vertical and horizontal scroll bars in my HTML page - the structure is a table with width 100%, border=0, cellspacing=0, cellpadding=0and width=100%.

Any ideas why these scroll bars come up ?

check the zoom level in your browser
alos check to see if your tables provide more than what is covered in your zoom level :)
