Vertical , Horizontal scroll bar in HTML

I am seeing vertical and horizontal scroll bars in my HTML page - the structure is a table with width 100%, border=0, cellspacing=0, cellpadding=0and width=100%.

Any ideas why these scroll bars come up ?

    check the zoom level in your browser
    alos check to see if your tables provide more than what is covered in your zoom level :)

    Someday i had the same problem, i solved it, setting 99% of width and height

    You maybe can thing now about avoinding tables, and use divs

    What I did was remove the scroll bar attribute which resolved the issue
