vCenter Migration between two cluster

I have 2 cluster ESXi 4.1, the first with AMD, and the second with Intel.

Both clusters, see the same storage (Datastores).

I'm migrating the VMs from the first cluster to second cluster in this way:
Turn off the VMs on the first cluster
From second cluster, I do Add to Inventory from Datastore

Now I have to migrate vCenter.

Can I use the same procedure:
Turn off vCenter off
I connect to an ESX of the second cluster, through vSphere
I do Add to Inventory from Datastore

There are problems?
Is there any documentation or someone who has already done this?

Thank you.

You will need to MIgrate the VM (off and cold).

Intel and AMD servers do not mix easily with EVC, I'm afraid.

There are no issues, provided you turn off the VMs.
