Windows 2008 R2 RDS

I need to install RDS (TSE) on a Windows 2008 member server
I am not familiar with RDS on Windows 2008 (but I am familiar with TSE on Windows 2003)

Does anyone has an easy documentation, procedure, to install and configure RDS on a Windows 2008 R2 server?
