Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) phone number search.

Hi Team,

I have a situation here in which I would like to generally search the call logs on the BES for a specific phone number. I would like to know how many times that phone number has been dialed and by who? Is there any way I can do that, so far I know I can search the excel call logs files one by one but I'm not too familiar how to do a general search, maybe a query on a database?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

the call logs are only stored in the CSV files you find in the log file folders - some sort of text search engine that can query the multiple log files would probably be the best bet. Textpad is a great tool with lots of features.

Alternatively a tool that can harvest the log files and then collate the data into one searchable database would probably work?
