Mac OS X 10.6.8 => SMB => Win2008 Share - No Overwrite

Hello!
our Mac OS X 10.6.8 and 10.7.1 clients are working on a Windows 2008 R2 server share. No ative directory (ADS).

When we save documents on the Mac, we receive the error message:
 German Error: "Dokument kann nicht geschrieben werden",  "Dokument ist schreibgeschützt", "Fehler -50", "Fehler-35"
Translate: "Document can not be written", "Document is read-only", "Error -50", "Error-35"

What can we do?

Thank you,
Tom

Sounds like you do not have sufficient permissions to save to the server.
