Append records with a sequential number to a access table

I want to use an append query to append records to a table (tblFood - See attached). Also, I want to automatically update the VoucherNo field in sequence. For example I wanted to enter an ending voucher number and the query will append records beginning with the next number in the sequence and ending with the number entered by the user. In addition I want to enter a name in the FullName field that will be appended along with the voucher number

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We really need to see the database to give you advice here.  For example, the form where you enter (or select) an ending voucher number.  What table is it based on?  What table is used to do the appending to tblFoodVoucher?  Generally, it would be better to save a unique ID rather than FullName, though there are some circumstances where at name needs to be stored.

I made moore changes to the database - I'm using a query to determine the last number used so I just need the append query  to loop based on the ending voucher number and write records to tblfood. What do you think?
