Flyout menu does not work on IE9, how to fix it?

I am working on my website.   On other browsers the naviagation flyout menu works.  But on IE9, the menu does not flyout to show the other links.  I tried using FF and it flyout works in the same computer.  I go to other computers with IE8 or IE7 and it works, but not on my computer that has IE9.  My laptop is Windows 7 Ultimate running IE8 and it works.  My desktop is Windows 7 Ultimate running IE9 but it does not work properly.  Not even the links for the videos display correctly.  Their control bar does not show/display.  How do I fix this problem?

I STRONGLY suggest you change your menu to one from this decade. There are literally thousands of newer and better menus

I also would love to be able to turn the sound off. I have my speakers on very low, but those waves came CRASHING in

Wait, I will put on my mind reading cap so I can look through your eyes at the code in front of you...
Ah, I see the missing comma. Concentrate, and you will see what I see... ;)

Seriously.. We need to see some code. If you google for flyout menu, you get about 608,000 results

What flyout menu? jQuery? jQuery UI?

I did not generate the code it was done by Netobjects Fusion(WYSIWG).
I believe this is the code:
This is on the page:

<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
function F_loadRollover(){} function F_roll(){}
//-->
</script>

<script type="text/javascript" src="../assets/rollover.js">
</script>

Open in new window

This is on the page:

<table id="NavigationBar1" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="387">
<tr valign="top" align="left">
  <td width="129"><a href="../index.html" class="nof-navButtonAnchor" onmouseover="F_loadRollover('NavigationButton1','',0);F_roll('NavigationButton1',1)" onmouseout="F_roll('NavigationButton1',0)"><img id="NavigationButton1" name="NavigationButton1" height="28" width="129" src="../assets/images/autogen/Home__Nbutton1.gif" onmouseover="F_loadRollover(this,'Home__NRbutton2.gif',0)" border="0"></a></td>
  <td width="129"><a id="NavigationButton2A" href="javascript:void(0)" class="nof-navPositioning" style="cursor:default;" onmouseover="F_loadRollover('NavigationButton2','',0);F_roll('NavigationButton2',1)" onmouseout="F_roll('NavigationButton2',0)"><img id="NavigationButton2" name="NavigationButton2" height="28" width="129" src="../assets/images/autogen/About_Nbutton1.gif" onmouseover="F_loadRollover(this,'About_NRbutton2.gif',new Array('NavigationBar1_1', 'vertical', 'slideBottom', 0, 28))" border="0"></a></td>
  <td width="129" height="28"><a href="../html/accommodations.html" class="nof-navButtonAnchor" onmouseover="F_loadRollover('NavigationButton3','',0);F_roll('NavigationButton3',1)" onmouseout="F_roll('NavigationButton3',0)"><img id="NavigationButton3" name="NavigationButton3" height="28" width="129" src="../assets/images/autogen/Accommodations_Hbutton2.gif" onmouseover="F_loadRollover(this,'Accommodations_HRbutton3.gif',new Array('NavigationBar1_2', 'vertical', 'slideBottom', 0, 28))" border="0" alt="Accommodations" title="Accommodations"></a></td>
</tr>

Attached you will find the rollover.js file.

The words Netobject Fusion immediately narrowed the issue greatly, thanks.
Now a URL or some error messages would be even better

I don't get an error message.
Its just that when I use my desktop with Windows 7 Ultimate with IE9, the rollover feature for menus does not work.
It works on my latop which is Windows 7 Ultimate IE8.
My URL is www.relaxwithlifestyles.com.
The 'Accommodations' & the 'About' tab should roll out options.

Please advise.

I'll look tomorrow. Does it work if you change compatibility mode to IE8 in your IE9?

I am already seeing a very bad error

Please REMOVE that file since it is COMPLETELY wrong and horribly old

You can DELETE these lines
<script type="text/javascript" src="/restrictions1.js">

and this one is trying to do the same but is failing badly - I have no problems right-clicking but if you want to you can leave it in

<script type="text/javascript" src="/restrictions2.js">

This code is not very well written either

<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
function F_loadRollover(){} function F_roll(){}
//-->
</script>

it is not doing anything and should actually be on two lines

You have a VERY old jQuery (1.2 instead of 1.6.4) and somewhere you declare a huge amount of event handlers onload

I just finished removing the code for restriction1.js from all my pages.
I made the script you suggested as two lines but it still does not do a flyout of the menu navigation.
I only removed it from the home/index page.
I do not create that code.
Its is generated by Netobjects Fusion.
I loaded the pages to the web, but still no flyout menu for the navigational bar.

Ok.
Thank you.
Do you have IE9?
The restriction2.js file is because I do not want anyone downloading my images.
I went through the trouble and time taking those photos so I don't wany anyone getting there hands on it.
That's why I made the photos to flyout on the page when the mouse goes over the thumbnail.
And, also I placed my website name on most of the photos. I forgot to do it to some of the ones on the home page.
With the videos I have on the site, I placed my website name on some of the frames in case someone copies the video.  Also, I am redoing the pages so the videos do not get saved into the cache.
The videos are not all that but in the future I will get better videos.  I just want to put something up for looksy and testing.

Yes, I noticed you can right-click in Firefox but not in IE.
More testing to be done.

Michel PlungjanIT ExpertCommented:
Actually it is pointless to try stopping downloads since when the image shows in the browser it has already been downloaded. Better to rely on watermarks and lower quality than to try to outsmart people who want to steal.

Yes, true but not too many are clever to go to the temp folder or cache.

Thank you for your feedback.  I will try to implement those menus.
I have a question, I was once surfing the net and encountered a website that had a button to turn off the sound on its page.  Do you know if that is script or something else?  Do you know of a link for that?

Thank you.

Is there a way to load the page in silently and allow the user to turn on the sound for that page?

Michel PlungjanIT ExpertCommented:
something like this old page?

http://userwww.sfsu.edu/~infoarts/technical/howto/sound/wilson.quicktimejavascript.html

I would personally load an iframe with a picture of the sea, and have a link that loaded the quicktime into the iframe
