Does anyone know if the technology for users to create their own design is tool that is available from a particular software company that I can buy, etc or it's a bespoke tool developed solely for the website.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can use View Source to see the HTML source of this page.  You can use your browser to access the CSS and JS files directly.  You can save and study the contents of the CSS files and the JS files.  I guess you have probably figured out that there are a lot of moving parts to this application.

It's not a PHP machine, however.  You might want to ask a moderator to put this question into the asp.net zone.

You might also want to contact the company and ask them about the web application - who built it, are they permitted to sub-license it, etc,
