I have a client that just switched to Outlook 2010 (server is Exchange 2010, fresh install of Office).  They are having some issues with setting reminders in e-mails, however; namely, they will sometimes have to recreate a reminder two or three times - the system never successuflly saves the first reminder.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to things I could try?

    Accepted Solution

You might have some corrupted reminders. Have you tried
    outlook.exe /cleanreminders

This needs to be done on the client side tho, how many clients have this issue?

Have you migrated/upgraded to Exchange 2010 from something?
