Unable to Install Remote Agents

Dell Optiplex 380
Windows XP Pro SP3
Receiving "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005).  Click on OK to terminate the application" error message when trying to install Kaseya agent.
Receive the same message when trying to install logmein agent.
I tried installing in Safe Mode using administrator account.  Received the same message.
Attached are the error messages received when logging into the administrator account.  Received same message when trying to install Kaseya agent and logmein agent.
Suspected malware issues.  Ran Malwarebytes and cleaned.  For some reason no log file was saved for the scan on 9/30/2011.  There is a log file for today's scan attached as well as screen shots of all error messages received.

First did you fixed the issues reported by MBAM? If you run the new Full System Scan in Normal Mode do you still noticed any kind of infection?

Then run the sfc /scannow from the command prompt but make sure you do have the Windows XP CD with you before you run that command.

Do a reboot after it has been completed and let us know if you are still unable to install the programs?

Further which Anti-Virus software are you using? Did you try disabling them before running the installer?
