Creating a wdsL

I am trying to create a WDSL for a project.  I need a lot of help with this.   I have a tool to create one and have been given parameters, but am not really understanding what I need to include to get here.    Is there a simple guide to do this?  Also, how do I find what I want to based on the information versus what I need to do?
