Microsoft Exchange 2007 - Outgoing Mail CC ?

How can I setup so all outbound "" email also goes to three IT employees ?

I still want the "TO" address to be the original employee who submitted the issue so any of the three employees can reply.

    Create a distribution group and put these 3 users part of it

    in exchange 2007 management console -> org config -> hub transport -> Transport rules

    in condition put sent from people and select :support
     action Copy the message to address and select the distribtuoin group you created
