Keep sending email every week until request has been answered.

Once the form is filled out, clicking on the 'Create' Button sends an email request.

How do I automatically resend the same email  again a week later and make it stop sending when the request has been reviewed.

When reviewer clicks on 'Approved' Button, the form is digitally signed (got this part working), it should stop sending weekly emails.

Hope I'm making myself clear.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you need to put a "send email queue" table into place, and do the sending based on that table.
the table needs to have the necessary info on what email to send, and a column like NEXT_SEND_DATE
this column will be set to "SYSDATE" in the "Create" button click.

then, a scheduled job (once per hour, for example) will check all those rows in the table that have NEXT_SEND_DATE <= SYSDATE, and do the email sending for those + UPDATE the columns's value to NEXT_SEND_DATE + 7 to "reschedule" for next week

the "Approve" button will then need to delete this record.

hope this helps
