Keep sending email every week until request has been answered.

Once the form is filled out, clicking on the 'Create' Button sends an email request.
 
How do I automatically resend the same email  again a week later and make it stop sending when the request has been reviewed.  

When reviewer clicks on 'Approved' Button, the form is digitally signed (got this part working), it should stop sending weekly emails.

Hope I'm making myself clear.
