You must be a member of Site Collection Administrators and Farm Administrators. Are these set?

OK, I made that change and no go. I tried a laptop with my username a few minutes ago and it works under my name, even without the above setting changed. t has to be something to do with IE or my PC not allowing me to access. Any other ideas on this? Thanks for your help so far!

OK just found the issue, yay! I had to uncheck "Enable Windows Authentication" in "Internet Options" - "Advanced Settings" (screenprint attached). Thank you for your help as it narrowed down the issue to IE, not SharePoint!
