Windows shares - limit type of file users can save

I want to create some shares a Windows 2003 server but I would like to limit the type of file that users can save into those shares to a specirfic type (.pst only).

Is this possible? If not within Windows itself, is there a 3rd party app that can do it?

Yes, you need to install on that server File Server Resource Manager (FSRM)
and then you can specify which file extensions cannot/may be saved on a disk
