asked on Cannot use call features on GXP1450 fw 1.0.1.66
Hi all,
i cannot use call features such as *72 to set the unconditional transfer...
reference to the manual:

both on provisioned phones and non provisioned.
Call Features are enabled if i check in the web interface...
When i dial *72 it states: 404 not found.
What's wrong?

What call manager are you using these phones with? If you are using Asterisk, have these features been programmed there? If you are using some version of FreePBX, such as with trixbox, AsteriskNow, elastix or other, have the proper modules been loaded?

i ended up upgrading to fw 1.0.1.83, since they added a special menu in the phone to manage call features. Thanks anyway to all.

No-one has given a real solution nor a try to really solve my question.
i ended up workaround-ing this by upgrading the firmware and using the new menu.
