Cannot use call features on GXP1450 fw

Hi all,
i cannot use call features such as *72 to set the unconditional transfer...

reference to the manual:

both on provisioned phones and non provisioned.

Call Features are enabled if i check in the web interface...

When i dial *72 it states: 404 not found.

What's wrong?
