Hiding items in horizontal axis

Is it possible to hide an item in axis if there is no data.

For example, my horizontal axis shows Months. There was no data for March, so can I hide March. The axis lable range is read from column A.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The category values don't look as though they're being treated as dates, just as ordinary text categories.  You can stop the empty ones appearing on the chart just by hiding the rows, if you're happy to have them hidden.

If you just want to hide the blank ones at the end, you can also do that by using dynamic named ranges for the chart series.
