cognos developer edition 10 - Error occured during installation of content store

i am trying to install cognos developer edition 10 in windows 7, but while installing i am getting an error occurred during installation of content store.

i uninstalled cognos developer edition and again tried to install but getting the same error.

please let me know how to solve the issue and how can i reinstall the cognos developer edition.
