I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It depends on how you want to limit these users...
if you want to use something like a Firewall with radius auth. then yes, but otherwise I wouldn't know

I am not going to use any firewall, just want to measure download and run user account database.

Ya, but you can just use the RADIUS functionality. I had IAS authenticating several modem banks (and doing nothing else) back in the day.

It's free, flexible & integrates with AD.
