Windows Radius server

I have about 200 computer on my network and I want to control access to internet , like measure download and make them log on to get access. I believe RADIUS server is the case.
But can you recommend and RADIUS server for my who works with Windows 2003.

It depends on how you want to limit these users...
if you want to use something like a Firewall with radius auth. then yes, but otherwise I wouldn't know

Ya, but you can just use the RADIUS functionality. I had IAS authenticating several modem banks (and doing nothing else) back in the day.
