Scenario: &nbsp;I have a remote laptop user who doesn't know their password. &nbsp;I reset a new password on his network account then got him logged on his laptop as local administrator of the laptop. &nbsp;He was then able to log onto our VPN using the new credentials I set for him.<br />

However this is still not updating his local cached credentials on the laptop. &nbsp;He rebooted after letting it be connected to the VPN for a bit and the local machines still won't let him logon with the new password we set.<br />

In this scenario how can we get the local cached password updated so he can login to his own profile again - all done remotely?<br />
