lost password remote user
Scenario: I have a remote laptop user who doesn't know their password. I reset a new password on his network account then got him logged on his laptop as local administrator of the laptop. He was then able to log onto our VPN using the new credentials I set for him.
However this is still not updating his local cached credentials on the laptop. He rebooted after letting it be connected to the VPN for a bit and the local machines still won't let him logon with the new password we set.
In this scenario how can we get the local cached password updated so he can login to his own profile again - all done remotely?
