Firefox google localize

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to localize google in firefox.

Google is by default .com in firefox.

I was looking in the add ons for google.be
But I don't seem to find the correct one.

Any help on how I can use google.be als my default firefox search machine.

i think you are wanting google.be to be your startup page.

follow the procedure below.

No, I want the search pages to be default google.be
not the start page.
Free Tool: Path Explorer

An intuitive utility to help find the CSS path to UI elements on a webpage. These paths are used frequently in a variety of front-end development and QA automation tasks.

Hello jcimarron,

Thans for the link but it just shows out how you can select the default browser search google in all browsers.

I cannot set it to my local google.be

I think this is really strange because how many users don't want to change the goole.com to their local google. like google.de (for germany) or google.fr (for france) I want to do the same google.be (for Belgium)
Because the search resluts are in local language and not in english.
Have you tried this Firefox add-on?

Yes, I had used this before. But it doesn't work because teh add-on is for french speaking part of Belgium not the Flemish speaking part :-)

However I found the solution.

The add on to fix this problem is add to search bar

It can add any search box you find on the internet to the search bar of firefox.
So I used google.be in dutch
then right clicked in the search field (of google) and select add to search bar.
It then comes available.

It's a pitty it is so hard to find. It took my like 3 weeks.
Thanks for the help anywayS.
The case can be closed.
