Outlook 2007 account settings ??

Are there generic settings that can be enterwed into the account settings or are they specfic to each mail server?
I have a email account with a local pop3 settings & that account both sends and recievies email, but when I switch to the other pop account (that was working before someone messed around with the setting trying to setup an IMAP account, which I have since removed).
So the problem is now when I try and send out email through that 2nd account I get an error. which I have attached along with my current setting

Please check the outgoing server (SMTP) .. it should ideally contain 25 instead of 80.
Also try using none instead of SSL in the encryption settings.

Please refer to ol-doc3.pdf.

I still have an issue where I can't send emails .... I just walked through the settings with go daddy tech supp and for some reason I still have these issues.
If I go online to the web based email system it works fine.
I have also deleted the account and then created a new account and I'm running into the same issue. Any ideas???
