How do you import the email addresses in the "To" bar from an old profile to a new profile?

Hi,

I have installed a new profile for a user and all the addresses which were in memory in the To bar have disappeared. How can I import these ?

They are stored in the {Profilename}.NK2 file in the users old Profile.

So - if your old profile was called Outlook and your new one NewOutlook, you can rename the Outlook.NK2 file to NewOutlook.NK2 and their old Autocomplete entries will appear (make sure Outlook is closed when you do this).
