ADA website font range

I am using a font sizing too similar to the one on

What is the minimum and maximum size used in best practice? 8pt through 16pt, incrementing by 2 pt normally? Is there a link?

Is there a best practice that doesn't involve ADA?

Not exactly what I was looking for, but it got me to think in the correct direction - thanks.
