Compatible Graphics Card for Lenovo ThinkCentre M91p 4480-B1U to drive two 1920 x 1080 displays

QUESTIONS:
Can anyone recommend a graphics card compatible with this machine?  How can I ensure that the card will fit and be compatible before I order it?

SITUATION:
I have a Lenovo ThinkCentre M91p 4480-B1U and I need a graphics card to drive two display at a recommended resolution of 1920 x 1080.  Two HDMI outputs on one card is ideal.

Hello  ServDeskKnows, take a look at the monitor socket you have there on your Lenovo, I can't see any references to this with your link but what you can consider is Dual monitor extenders, adapters, or a KVM switch
