sharepoint problem with product/patch installation or server upgrade

I am running sharepoint foundations 2010 and under the error messages,  I get the following: "product/atch installation or server upgrade required".  When I clicked on it, I get the following formation (see attached),(error 1).
Then when i click on the link that takes me to the details, it comes up and it's telling me that there's no updates (error 2).  So I'm lost why that error comes up.

Run the SharePoint Config Wizard or PSConfig on ZION, and then see if the Error goes away. :)

After running the Config Wizard / PSconfig, try reanalyzing the error and see if it goes away as well.
