SCCM 2007 - task sequence not working
Hi,
I have a SCCM 2007 R3 ver: 4.00.6487.2000 server. I can deploy a win 7 OS via pxe, but I cannot get the Following task sequences to work.
Office Std 2010
USMT 4
hotfix kb977384
I have created a USMT task seq per this article http://blogs.technet.com/b/configurationmgr/archive/2010/06/30/how-to-use-usmt-4-hardlinking-in-a-configuration-manager-2007-task-sequence.aspx
I used method 1
I advertised the package and deployed it to a pc that has a users profile on it. It deployed the OS, sccm client, and the hotfix KB977384, and office 201 std. I logged onto the pc and all the users profile setting were gone. It created a new user profile. and Office never push out to the pc
I did receive this error : error code:0x80040215
I never got a package to deploy using sccm only win 7 via OSD
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

I did configure the network access account. I had it set to a account that is a local admin on all pc's. I have also tried it with a domain admin account. the log is attached

Network Access Account does not need Local Admin Permissons? Are you talking about the Install Push Account?
The Network Access Account needs Permissons on the DPs.
Also pease search the client for smsts*.log files as this one does not contain that error. When does the error occure?
