HP Color LaserJet CP3505 Printers

I am getting a fuser error 50.2 error message when I print an envelope. The printer works fine when printing other documents.

I read several threads on this issue and I do not see a complete fix for this issue...
one - replace the printer fuser
two - upgrade the printer firmware

Any thoughts?

I saw that but it did not give a soluction.... thank you
i don't understand - it DOES give several solutions
correct me if I am wrong but the three suggested soluctions are: upgrading the firmware, reolacing the fuser, and changing the sleep time and now of these worked so far.
are you sure the  replaced fuse was ok ? normally, that's the cure

I'm having the same issue. We bought a new fuser and the issue persists.
i also found this tip :  http://printertechs.com/tech/loosefusertabs.php
and this "50.2 is fuser warmup service meaning the fuser is not reaching the desired temp for the job. See if under the print quality or paper handing menu you have a choice to set fuser temp depending on the media chosen and if you have it try changing the setting for the fuser temp for envelopes"  --> http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-LaserJet/Error-50-2-Fuser-Error-on-HP-Color-LaserJet-CP3505dn/td-p/1101844
.....
can you explain what you mean please?  ....does not tell us much, and is not polite to the guys who try to help YOU
