Email issue

I am having a big issue with email from one user. Here is the VERY unhelpful NDR:

Reporting-MTA: dns;
Received-From-MTA: dns;
Arrival-Date: Wed, 5 Oct 2011 10:49:31 -0700

Final-Recipient: rfc822;
Action: failed
Status: 5.2.1
X-Display-Name: Sheri Boyd

Here is the Message Tracking log:
SMTP: Message Submitted to Advance Queuing
SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advance Queue
SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer
SMTP: Message Categorized and Queued for Routing
SMTP: Message Queued for Local Delivery
SMTP: Message Delivered Locally to (email address)
SMTP: Non-Delivered Report Generated

This issue only happens to select users, while other users can receive the same email.

I already had MXLogin look at it, but htey say the message was delivered to the server with no issues.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Use the SMTP Archive Sink to check "where" the message is changed, and find the culprit.

    Installing the tool now and will then retest and post the results.

    Just remember another test you can try :)

    Telnet to mxlogic on port 25 with one user ok, and one ko and see the results :)

    Check for any errors after submitting for relay.
