I have several companies using a public folder to share contacts. &nbsp;Unless you have sharepoint up and being used regularly, it's probably not a great place to do it - users won't go there.

PS To see public folders you need to tick the&quot;folders list&quot; Left bottom or CTRL+6.<br />

Outlook 2010 sharing contact list with multiple users

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately.
