Flash content sticks to screen - IE8 and Adobe Flash

Hi, on our Remote Desktop environment, we have a problem where flash content sticks to the screen until you close the browser.

As part of troubleshooting, I have tried installing the latest Adobe Flash Update. Using this page as an example, when you finish upgrading/installing Adobe flash, you see the Flash content appear to say it is complete (See Below)
 Flash1
Then if I open another IE tab, or minimize IE, you still see the flash content stuck to the screen. See below
 Flash2
Gets quiet annoying considering most websites use flash.

So, any flash movies come with delay and cashed by view?
I will connect to my company PC to verify this behavior :-)

Flash Rendering is done on the server end.
Happens to any flash object on any website.
(EG right now there is a yellow pages add at the top of this post which has scrolled down the screen with me and wont disappear until I close this page.
