Flash content sticks to screen - IE8 and Adobe Flash

Hi, on our Remote Desktop environment, we have a problem where flash content sticks to the screen until you close the browser.

As part of troubleshooting, I have tried installing the latest Adobe Flash Update. Using this page as an example, when you finish upgrading/installing Adobe flash, you see the Flash content appear to say it is complete (See Below)

Then if I open another IE tab, or minimize IE, you still see the flash content stuck to the screen. See below

Gets quiet annoying considering most websites use flash.

Close all browsers and open again

yes it disappears when closing browsers, but this happens everytime a site with Flash content is viewed.

It works fine on local PC's. just in our remote desktop enviroment where it doesnt work (XenApp published desktops).

So, any flash movies come with delay and cashed by view?
I will connect to my company PC to verify this behavior :-)

Flash Rendering is done on the server end.
Happens to any flash object on any website.
(EG right now there is a yellow pages add at the top of this post which has scrolled down the screen with me and wont disappear until I close this page.

I have disabled the Client side rendering.
Is now working normally (just a little bit slower).
