The faulting module is mv61xx.sys which is a Marvell SATA/RAID driver. Check your motherboard manufacturer's web site for the driver and re-install.

This blue screen was related to a bad primary hard drive. I moved the HDD to every one of the 7 SATA ports on my board and it never boot. I removed it and it booted. Replaced the drive and all is well.

I also had to replace my video card because the OS wouldn't recognized the card.

Did you make sure you had the power connectors and the car firmly fit into the case?  You probably didn't insert it well enough and that's why it didn't recognize, or it needed power.  Good luck though and I am glad you got it fixed!
