SBS 2008 A record

Just ran the SBS 2008 Best Practices
this is what comes up:
The host (A) resource record points to the incorrect IP address 192.168.1.2192.168.1.16. The record should point to 192.168.1.2.

I looked in the host records and it points to 192.168.1.2  Which 192.168.1.2 is the server
192.168.1.21 is a pc which is no longer is in use- I will delete this entry but why would this happen?
Is there some where else i need to look?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Where are you seeing that result, in your actual zones or from like nslookup?

On that note, paste output from nslookup please.

Yep looks like it is a bug in the best practices analyzer.

Check this link out which has a solution quoted by the guys at BPA.  Their answer is far from a perfect solution, but it appears that it may be your only option unfortunately.
