Citrix Presentation Server Load Balancing.

Hello,

We use Citrix Xenapp Presentation Server 4.5.  Can someone tell me where do I go to check and configure farm servers load balance settings/status?

I basically want to take away a server from being load balanced while our admin is not around.  Thanks.
