how do i insert a Google map in my webpage

I need to insert a small Google map about an inch square into a Web page.
I need the map to expand in the usual way.
I have the co-ordinates for the address.
I am using Front page and it is all done in html.   I am aware of scritping and php but I cannot do
either.
Is there an easy way for me to pull in this map please.

How do I use a frame?
Do you know if the method of getting co ordinates has change:
I cant get it to work in the way it has done.

Usually I enter the following

into the url and awindow comes up showing the co ordinates.   But the window is not appearing - and I have tried different  post codes.l
