Why do I get PDF ZZZ opened when I click on PDF AAA and choose to open?

I'm translating and have several PDF:s opened at the same time. Then I received a PO from a customer in PDF-format. I click on this PDF in the e-mail attachment, save it and then open it from the download location. But instead of viewing PDF AAA, one of the PDF:s that are opened gets displayed. It doesn't matter if I choose to "Open with".

I have a Windows XP Pro SP3 and I tried to open the PDF first with Foxit Reader, then with a trial version of Nitro. Same thing happens with both.

Nothing wrong with the sent PDF, I finally could open it but I had to send to another e-mail, download it from there and open in another browser than Mozilla Firefox (Google Chrome).

Hrm, how odd... I have no explanation to that to be honest...

At least you have a way of opening it? Also, is there any reason why you don't use Adobe PDF reader?

I found my own solution to the problem that worked.
