Outlook 2010 multiple acccounts same Exchange 2010 server

My client connects to remotely hosted Exchange 2010 server

His Outlook 2010, running on Win7/64, has been setup to access three mailboxes residing on this remote server

From what I gather, Windows credentials could handle saving passwords for these three accounts as long as they belonged to three separate Exchange servers

As it is when he opens Outlook, he has to type the login and password for each of these three accounts.

Are there any workarounds, solutions, or utilities (e.g. Keepass) that anyone may have managed to apply to make this situation a little more user friendly ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you grant full mailbox rights to the main mail user then when you open the mailbox in Outlook 2010 it shouldnt then ask you to log on.

Almost all hosting service provider supports both authentications methods basic and NTLM. So just go to your account settings then more settings -> connection -> exchange proxy settings -> choose NTLM Authentication by using this your login details will be saved.

if your hosted exchange doesn't support NTLM authentication ask to hosting providers to enable it

hope it will help you

Well, the hosting company came back to me on the permissions request : no can do, apparently he's just a middle man, not the source provider.

@Akicute555: thanks, but we are already configured in NTLM auth mode
